DT Swiss EXC 1500 Classic 29 inch Wheel

The 2026 DT Swiss EXC 1500 Classic is a carbon enduro wheel built to handle bike park and downhill lines as well as enduro stages. Sold as single wheels, front or rear, in 29 inch.

The carbon rims are asymmetric and hookless, 30mm inside with a reinforced rim edge, and tubeless ready. The front has 28 DT complite J-bend spokes, the rear 32, with ProLock flat hex aluminium nipples that are easy to true. The 240 hub runs Ratchet DEG with a 90 tooth ratchet, and the rear has DT Swiss's DF anti pedal kickback, set without tools to 0, 10 or 20 degrees. Classic in the name means a classic flanged hub shell laced with J-bend spokes.

Fronts are 15 x 110mm Boost in Center Lock or 6-bolt, or 20 x 110mm Boost in 6-bolt. Rears are 12 x 148mm Boost in Center Lock or 6-bolt with a SRAM XD freehub fitted and a Shimano Micro Spline freehub kit in the box. Approved by DT Swiss for e-bikes. Not sure it fits your bike?
