The Pedro's ICM-21 is the full-featured ICM multi-tool, a design first introduced in 2004. The current version adds a 1-13 speed chain tool, a Shimano Hollowtech crank cap tool and 7 and 8mm flare wrenches for disc brake fittings, while weighing 15g less than before.

Tools are heat-treated tool steel with an anti-corrosion finish in a lightweight composite body, and it includes two full-function tyre levers.
