The cam-actuated micro-adjust clamp for Park Tool PRS-25, PCS-10, PCS-11 and PCS-12 stands. Fully adjustable clamping pressure means you can hold thin-walled tubes and carbon seatposts without crushing them. Grips round and aero tubes from 23 to 76mm, and the narrow jaws fit onto short seatposts. Also fits the PRS-15 with the 1951-15 adaptor stud.
