Park Tool IR-1.3 Internal Cable Routing Kit

Makes internal routing a lot less painful. Five long guide cables, each with a magnet and a different fitting on the end, get pulled through the frame from the outside with the guide magnet. Attach the housing, hose or wire and pull it back through. Works on carbon fibre, titanium and aluminium frames.

Fittings cover brake and gear housing, hydraulic hose and electronic shifting wire, including Shimano Di2. There's also a reverse-polarity magnet for frames with tricky internal shapes, and a double-threaded barb to join new housing or hose to the old one so you can swap it without rerouting. All in a compact case. A solid one for the workshop.
