Pliers for opening and closing chain master links. Those links are meant to come apart by hand, but once there's some dirt and corrosion in there they can be a real fight. Slot the jaws into the link and squeeze to open, or pull the handles apart to close it. Works on 5 to 12-speed derailleur chains that use a master link.
