A pad spreader for hydraulic disc brakes. The tapered stainless head drives apart pads that have closed up, say after the lever got squeezed with the wheel out. The head mimics a section of rotor, so it also stands in for the rotor while you test or service the system, without refitting the wheel each time. Long vinyl-dipped handle.
