The workshop chain whip. Holds the cassette steady while you undo the lockring, without slipping. The head is shaped to get onto any cassette quickly, and hardened bolts hold the chain securely while still making chain replacement easy. Works on 7 to 12-speed road and MTB cassettes, plus single speed cassettes with a 3/32 inch cog. About 38cm long with a round vinyl coated handle. Not sure it fits your bike?
