Shimano Deore XT Di2 RD-M8250-GS Rear Derailleur

Wireless 12-speed Deore XT Di2. Mid GS cage for 9-45T HYPERGLIDE+ cassettes. It runs off its own removable battery, tucked inside a protected space so it stays put on rough ground. The battery is sold separately.

SHADOW ES keeps the chain stable and quiet, and Automatic Impact Recovery returns the derailleur to position after a knock. A wide link structure, skid plate, aluminium cage plates and covered pulleys round it out. Fitting a Di2 derailleur means pairing and setup in the E-TUBE app, so it's normally a workshop job.
