SHIMANO DEORE XT Shifter SL-M8200-IR 12 -speed RAPIDFIRE PLUS

Shimano Deore XT SL-M8200-IR Shifter

The newer 12-speed Deore XT RAPIDFIRE PLUS rear shifter, I-SPEC EV version for mounting straight to a Shimano I-SPEC EV brake lever. Clean look, and the shifter position adjusts across a 14mm range.

Shorter stroke, crisper feel and a reworked paddle angle. A firmer second click means you only double shift when you mean to, and you can downshift up to three gears at once. 2-WAY RELEASE and MULTI-RELEASE let you push or pull to release, or drop two gears in one stroke. The rubber traction pad is easy to replace. Not sure it fits your bike? Talk to us and we'll check.
