Shimano BR-MT420 4-Piston Hydraulic Disc Brake

Four-piston power at an entry level price. The BR-MT420 caliper with Shimano's anodised alloy 2-finger lever, supplied as a J-kit with lever, hose and caliper together. A handy upgrade for riders who want more stopping power and longer pad wear than a 2-piston brake.

The lever has a 75mm minimum reach for smaller hands, and the hose and cables route along the bar for a clean cockpit. Takes resin or metal pads, and bleeds with Shimano's funnel method and mineral oil. Sold as a front or rear brake.
