An entry level XC SPD shoe with the essentials. Three hook and loop straps hold the foot securely, with an offset strap to take pressure off the top of the foot. The surround-wrapping upper cuts down on overlap for a close fit, and the perforated synthetic leather composite helps breathability.

A light glass fibre reinforced nylon sole handles power transfer, with a low stack height for stability. The rubber XC outsole gives stable pedalling and grip when you are walking. The upper and midsole use 26% recycled mesh by weight.
