Specialized S-Works Recon Mountain Bike Shoe
Specialized's S-Works XC and gravel shoe, with a carbon base plate and an internal I-Beam that adds stiffness without extra bracing. High-density pontoons and shims let you tune how the shoe sits on the pedal for a road-like platform.
The asymmetrical heel counter supports the inside of the foot and drops material on the outside for a lower collar. Zoned reinforcement and updated BOA Fit System routing hold the foot without a toe strap. Body Geometry features include the Varus Wedge, Longitudinal Arch and Metatarsal Button. About 280g per shoe in size 44. Regular width.
