This is our 'check it over' service, we'll drop the wheels out of your pride and joy and thoroughly check the condition of the bike's components. We’ll then align the brakes, replace pads if necessary, tune the gears, give the chain a lube and bolt check the bike.

2.5 Hrs

This service is perfect for after a race weekend or a really muddy ride. We’ll strip your drivetrain and fully degrease each component in our eco-friendly parts washer, the bicycle frame will then be cleaned. Headset, hubs, and bottom bracket will be inspected and greased. Brakes aligned, pads changed if required and surfaces cleaned. Tyre sealant cleaned out and replaced. Bolts checked for torque. Drivetrain components reinstalled, new gear cable installed if required. gears tuned and test ridden. Ebike firmware will be updated.

4.5 Hrs

This is our 6 monthly service, recommended for someone who rides once/twice a week. On top of all the work performed in an essential service, your bike will be stripped back to it’s frame, all components will be assessed and recommendations made to the customer. Brakes are flushed of old fluid and repressurised, disc rotor straightening, air can and fork lower service performed on suspension components, wheels are trued and tensioned, hubs, headset and BB fully cleaned and regreased.

9.5 Hrs

The big yearly service, recommended for someone who rides their bike once/twice a week, every week. On top of the work carried out in a Major Service, we’ll rebuild your fork and shock dampers, install new shock bushings, and replace all your suspension pivot bearings. We’ll also open up your dropper post and give that a clean and lube service. This is a very involved service and will take approximately 2 days to complete, this is the ultimate service for your trusty steed
